Nissan Americas

Nissan Americas:

NPG PR has spearheaded entertainment and lifestyle events for Nissan including a celebrity ride/drive event for the all-new 100% electric Nissan LEAF and a "green" carpet premiere and after-party that Nissan hosted to benefit Urban Green Lab for acclaimed documentary, "The Revenge of the Electric Car."

The Nissan LEAF...

…is the world’s first affordable, all-electric vehicle available to  the mass market. It is a five-door compact hatchback that comfortably seats five people and has plenty of cargo room.

…has no tailpipe emissions because it has no tailpipe and uses  no gasoline, ever.

…is powered by a sophisticated lithium-ion battery pack – based on nearly 20 years of battery and EV research – and has a 100-mile range on a single charge. A host of technology assists the driver with range management easily satisfying the needs of the 90% of U.S. drivers who travel less than 100 miles per day.

…is affordable. It costs $25,280 after a $7,500 tax incentive, and is available for a $349 monthly lease (see additional info inside).

…is made of recycled and recyclable materials, including seats made of PVC bottles. Nissan has a formal program in place to recycle the lithium-ion batteries for second-life usage.

…has stimulating, guilt-free acceleration and a 90-mph top speed, is  fun-to-drive, quiet, and has lower maintenance requirements (no oil, oil/air filters, spark plugs, etc.).

…has technology and features (see back listing) that drivers expect  (six airbags, VDC, TCS, ABS) and don’t expect (standard navigation system; Bluetooth phone system; and a sophisticated interface allowing remote access to the vehicle to set and check charge status, to operate climate controls, and to access a map database showing nearby charging stations).
